Clinical and preclinical evidence
The results of Doltendix® and each of its actives are backed by in vitro, preclinical and clinical studies.
In vitro study — full Doltendix® formula+
In the in vitro study, the combination of vitamin C, collagen peptides, trans-resveratrol and astaxanthin showed differences compared with each active substance evaluated separately, with a significant reduction of IL-6 and MMP-2 in the cell model.
The same study also recorded a significant reduction of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the cell model.
Real-life study — 150 patients with epicondylitis+
Participants were assessed with the VAS scale (pain) and the Quick-DASH index (disability), comparing baseline values with those recorded at the 30-day follow-up.
Combination with physiotherapy+
The study evaluated the QuickDash score over time in two groups: one taking the Doltendix® formulation alone and another combining it with physiotherapy.
TENDOFORTE® — athletes with Achilles tendinopathy+
Both groups performed eccentric exercises throughout the study. The group that received Tendoforte® showed differences compared with the group that performed eccentric exercises only, according to the scales assessed in the research protocol, both during the study and at the 3-month follow-up.
TENDOFORTE® — athletes with chronic ankle instability+
Assessment using the CAIT (perceived instability and pain, 0–30) and FAAM-G (functional assessment of ankle and foot, 0–100) scales.

Astaxanthin — anti-inflammatory action and effect on collagen+
Astaxanthin suppresses the expression of scavenger receptors and the activity of matrix metalloproteinases (MMP) in macrophages, reducing TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and COX-2.
In a preclinical model with 32 adult rabbits (4 mg/day for 3 weeks), astaxanthin increases tendon tensile strength and decreases type III collagen production in favor of type I collagen.
Veri·Sperse® trans-resveratrol — bioavailability+
Thanks to its patented dispersion technology, Veri·Sperse® trans-resveratrol achieves a water suspension capacity about 6,000 times higher than standard trans-resveratrol. Its bioavailability is three times higher than that of standard trans-resveratrol administered at the same concentration.

What is Doltendix®?+
It is a dietary supplement formulated by Kolinpharma® that combines tendon-specific bioactive collagen peptides (TENDOFORTE®), astaxanthin (AstaReal®), trans-resveratrol (Veri·Sperse®) and vitamin C, designed to complement the nutrition of tendons and ligaments.
How do I take it?+
The usual protocol is 2 sachets a day for 10 days, followed by 1 sachet a day for 20 days. Each sachet contains 5 g, with sweetener.
